Meditation
This year has been hard with anxiety and depression. It’s been a struggle to understand why these things happen. It’s easy to try and explain them away, but like Job, we can find hope in knowing that God is always with us. Challenges just are, but God is too. He is the Creator and loving Sustainer of all life. Knowing this can give us hope to hold on.
Prayer
O God, wrap us in your loving arms when we feel like we are slipping away from you and our joy. May we always feel your presence. Amen.
